Pasta Salad with Crab
for 2 people
IS WHAT YOU NEED
200 gr. corkscrew pasta
2 tblsp. olive oil
1 tblsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice
2 tsp. balsamic vinegar
200 gr. crab meat
1 bunch of radishes
3 tblsp. roasted pine nut cores
1 dl. light sour cream
salt and white pepper
1 crushed garlic section
a pinch of curry

The meat from the claws and body has the nicest appearance.

and pour the mixture over the warm pasta. Let it cool. Lay
the lettuce on a platter with the pasta on top. Add the crab
and radishes and sprinkle the pine nuts on top.
